How do you get your art in the show?
Register below in the Anonymous Art Show form
Pick up your canvas at Sotheby’s Sun Peaks
Drop off your artwork back to Sotheby’s Sun Peaks during opening hours - 9-5 daily
IMPORTANT DATES:
Pick-up canvas - February 1 through March 15 (or while supplies last)
Deadline to drop-off finished artwork - March 17
Exhibit open for public viewing - March 20 - March 27
On-line public sale - March 28 - 31
REQUIREMENTS:
Artwork
Must be 8 x 8 x 1.5.
Most mediums are acceptable as long as they meet the size criteria. All artwork must hang on the wall.
No hanging hardware is required for canvas or wood panels
Each artist can submit a maximum of three(3) pieces - ArtZone will exhibit at least one (1) of each artist’s pieces. No series work please; pieces will be hung randomly throughout the exhibit. The number of pieces displayed from each artist will depend on the total number of submissions.
Artist’s name must be written clearly on the BACK of the canvas. Artist names are revealed when your piece comes off the wall. Please DO NOT sign the front of your piece(s). Pieces that are signed on the front will not be hung.
Artists are encourage to title each piece. Please write the title of the piece on the back of the canvas. Untitled pieces will be referred to as “Untitled” in print.
What do Artists Get for Participating?
ArtZone members receive their first canvas for free and 2nd canvas at a discounted rate of $5.
Each artist will receive $50 per piece sold
Artists will be promoted through the online gallery
Pick up of unsold canvases - March 31 between 6 - 7 pm, Sun Peaks Grand Hotel, Lower Level Hallway
