Move, create, and connect in a week of mindful fun and artistic exploration!

Campers can look forward to a joyful and balanced week of movement and creativity as we blend Yoga and Art throughout each day. Mornings will begin with engaging yoga sessions led by Kayla Alfred of Sun Peaks Yoga. With her warm and welcoming approach, Kayla introduces kids to movement, breathwork, and mindfulness in a way that’s playful, age-appropriate, and grounded in fun. Her sessions offer a perfect way to start the day feeling energized, calm, and connected.

In the afternoons, campers will shift into creative mode with art activities guided by Meghan Greer. Meghan is a teacher at Sun Peaks School with a background in arts education, and she brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to encouraging kids to express themselves through art. Campers will explore a variety of projects and materials, allowing their imaginations to lead the way.

We’re also excited to welcome a special visit from Sun Peaks Bear Aware, who will lead an engaging presentation to help campers learn about local wildlife and how to stay safe in bear country through fun, age-appropriate activities.

Each day will feature a mix of yoga, creative art time, outdoor breaks, games, and opportunities to connect with new friends. This camp is designed to be a fun, relaxed, and inspiring experience for kids who enjoy movement, making, and a little bit of everything in between.

Camp runs 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
The total price for the 5-day week is $325 + GST, and a sibling discount is available at 10% off.
Drop-in days will be based on availability and will open up closer to the date.
Camps are open to all children aged 5-6yrs (born 2019) - 12yrs old.
