Shelley will guide you step-by-step through:
- Preparing, colouring, and mastering royal icing consistency
- Flooding and wet-on-wet techniques for smooth, professional designs
- Staggered flooding for added dimension and detail
- Decorating four Christmas-themed cookies, from Snowmen to Rudolph!
Each participant will take home beautifully decorated cookies, along with Shelley’s signature sugar cookie and royal icing recipes so you can recreate the magic at home.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this cozy and creative workshop is a fun way to celebrate the season — and make something (almost) too pretty to eat!
